Five Bells – once a simple workshop and subsequently a village poor house at the foot of the Pilgrims Way, we sensitively restored this historic public house and now own and operate the Five Bells under our own banner, a collection of Ramblinns.

Bulls Head, Mobberley – a down at hill public house in an affluent south of Manchester village setting, we put back the traditional values for Mary McLaughlin and Tim Bird of Cheshire Cat Pub Company.

Red Lion – a sensitive restoration of a genuine, old nautical inn just off the harbour wall in Weymouth welcoming back the sea dog and life boat man alike.

Cricketers – once a branded restaurant (Bluebeckers) in a wonderful old village pub on the green, we put this pub back as it always should have been ‘the Cricketers on the Green’ for the Restaurant Group.

Wellington – having been responsible for the original conversion of this medieval timber framed building, to a successful public house and restaurant, once a coaching inn on the Great North road, we returned to further restore the building following extensive fire damage for Greene King and their lessee Innventure Ltd and were commended for our sensitive restoration.

Hatton Arms – repositioning, remodelling and refurbishment of this wonderful old Warwickshire pub looking down over the lock gates on the Hatton Locks Canal, for Mr Johnnie Arkwright and Field to Fork.

Cholmodeley Arms – A small Victorian school and school house conversion on the Cholmondeley Estate for Lord Cholmondeley and his tenants, Mary McLaughlin and Tim Bird of Cheshire Cat Pubs and Bars .

Bulls Head, Turnford – our first commission for McMullen & Sons we were asked to sensitively extend and develop the food offer at a predominately strong wet lead pub on the outskirts of Turnford. The challenge was always not to damage the bar trade but to extend the appeal and offer through the introduction of food, and though the project is now several years old we are often congratulated on our part in this achievement, which has stood the test of time.

Globe – a pretty little clapper board pub on the edge of the Marsh not far from the sea, we reinvented this public house which had been closed for some while and operate ourselves as part of the Ramblinn collection.

Jolly Postie – once the ‘heavily fortified’ Post and Sorting Office for Royston and recently operated as a music and late night venue, we transformed this difficult building into a highly successful pizza, pub and grill for McMullen & Sons.

Britannia – a conversion of a disused public house to a busy pub and restaurant for McMullen & Sons with an eye to the ocean liner!

Woolpack – once a fifteenth century farmhouse on the edge of Romney Marsh we acquired this sad old closed and boarded up pub and restored it to its former glory introducing five guest bedrooms which we own and operate ourselves under the Ramblinn collection.
